PayPal took Customers money but did not translate the sale over

My customer sent me proof of purchase through Paypal. She sent me the screenshots to show me that the money was taken out of her account but the transaction did not come through on my end. I do not see her order. How can I get the money and the purchase to push over? She got an error message at check out that said it did not go through but it def took her money.
