Paypal

For the last 3 days the PayPal payment option on our checkout page is not working. An error message comes up and says ‘PayPal not available’. We have checked our paypal account and all is fine with it. In the admin it says that paypal is active, but it is not working. Any ideas how to fix this?

@StyleHeaven It sounds like a technical issue on Shopify’s end or a possible integration problem between Shopify and PayPal. I recommend disconnecting and then reconnecting PayPal in your Shopify admin. If the issue persists, clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser might help. If that doesn’t resolve it, contacting Shopify support would be the next step.
