Paypay express checkout billing address problem

From last week, some of my customers started complaining.

When using express check out, there is error when bring billing address from Paypal to Shopify. So they need to edit billing address from shopify checkout page.

Most customers seem to give up to pay with Paypal.

Does any one know why this happened suddenly? Because before last week, it works very well.

After redirected from Papal, billing address should be filled automatically. But it is not filled. Customer need to click change link and add billing address every time.

Have just found out we are having the same issue. We have seen a number of abandoned carts since 27 May (which was the last order placed with PayPal) and are wondering if this issue is the cause.
