I see an app for it, but no reviews, Does anybody have any experience with it on Shopify?

You can’t just download the app. You have to go through RBC. Apply, sign a Merchant Agreement and Trademark License Agreement. Then they make an appointment for integration to your website with Bread Financial. A lot of changes in html with keys, sandbox, live, liquid ect. At that time you also download the app. Took about 30 minutes.
Fees are 3%. Shopify collects additional fees. Payout in 1 - 3 days for purchases between $300 - $10,000.
