PC Crashing when adding countries to regions (Chrome issue)

New here, sorry if this is the wrong category. TL;DR at bottom.

Hello, Every time I try to add countries via Settings>Markets>Other Markets (Worldwide)>Manage>Edit>Add countries/regions as soon as I scroll about halfway down it crashes my entire browser. Then the processor and memory start to slowly max out. The entire PC freezes and I have to ctrl+alt+delete into task manager to close it.
I’ve cleared cookies and cache, and rebooted. It still crashes everything.

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-1165G7 [email removed] 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
Memory: 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
64 Bit

Windows 11 Home
OS build: 22621.1848
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22642.1000.0

Chrome: Version 114.0.5735.199 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Tried chatting with shopify CS, but they said to take my PC to a local tech. It works fine in Microsoft Edge, so obviously it’s an issue with Chrome. I would rather not have to switch browsers every time I start a new store or change my regions.

TL;DR Chrome freezes when scrolling the add countries to regions window on Shopify settings. Any resources for TS or fixing would be greatly appreciated.
