I have been on shopfiy for the past 2 months and all my visa and mastercards payments have been pending and not cleared into my bank account , eventhough I have updated settings etc.
My bank confirmed their is no issues on there part as my PayPal payments are going through. Its very disheartening that simple things are not clear and as a small business creates difficulty as I’m unable to access funds.
