My shopify payments are currently in a pending status since 8/4/24. I was never notified of this “hold” and only discovered it once I communicated with reps via chat. I understand that the issue involves the following: “remediation requirements currently incomplete” but I don’t know what this means, nor can I find anything out via researching it extensively (a chat agent shared this with me). I have been selling on Shopify for about 1.5 years now without any issues (no chargebacks, no bad reviews, etc.). I have escalated my ticket but I am still getting the generic platitudes of “rest assured this is a priority, the department is busy, you will hear from us within 24-72 hours,” etc. As of today I was informed via chat that I will most likely need to submit “documents.” I still have not received ANY communication from Shopify regarding the issue, or an email requesting any additional information. My anxiety is beginning to escalate given the horror stories I have read about this sometimes dragging out for months. Shopify is my primary e-commerce platform and I depend upon my income from them. Can anyone shed some light on this?
They are stealing our money. Thats the issue

Hi did you sort this? I’m on exactly the same loop have been since August maybe before my last payout was May!! 4 times I’ve contacted chat and they just keep saying they are dealing with it which they are not
