Hi, about a week ago when people select a shirt size, say they choose a large, once you go to the checkout it’s always a small. Can anyone give me advice or is anyone else having this problem? Thank you so much. Ben

Are you using a third-party app to control the products or variants on your store?
If so, you can try to disable the app’s features if it’s available to do so within the app, to see if the issue will be fixed. You can also try and install a fresh copy of a Shopify theme by going to Online store > Themes > Explore free themes and select a theme to add to your library. From there, click on Actions > Preview, and you can then test your store to see if the same checkout issue will occur.
If the issues don’t appear on the fresh theme, chances are a third-party app is interfering with how your products and checkout is meant to function. If you can’t pinpoint which app may be causing this, or if you’re still experiencing the issues on the new Shopify theme, you can contact our team so that we can take a closer look at your account from our end. We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums at this stage, but you can reach out to our support team via our help centre here. Once you’ve logged in to your store on our help centre, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist with your query further.
