Seems like it’s a bug in the coding but it only happens to certain regions (In Japan for sure)

I’m sorry to hear that you have been running into some connectivity issues with your store. Although this can occur for many reasons, I will do my best to point you in the right direction. The most common reason would have to do with your DNS records being updated recently. Have you made any changes to your domain? It can take some time for changes like this to propagate online and this propagation can occur at different times depending on where in the world you are. Feel free to share your domain with me here, and I can take a closer look.
Another factor could involve the use of a Store Localization or Geolocation app that could restrict the access to certain IP addresses. Are you able to confirm that you do not have any of these apps installed?
Lastly, are the users receiving any sort of error message or timeout notice after the site fails to load? Are any other regions being affected? These questions will help narrow down the incident.

Thank you for your replies and yes we have recently added some other regional domains as we decided to unify the websites into one single site. Currently we have connected below domains.
beneunder.jp
beneunder.co.uk
beneunder.it
Also, I also figured out it happens to the people in Germany has same issue. There’s no certain error messages but they are keep having main page loading issue just as the video I attached.

I have answered you back and as we still have the issue and it occurs to
other regions as well (Germany and France for example) we want to figure
out the issue asap.
Would you help us to look at the domains we connected? To see the solution
we tried to delete one of the connecting links (beneunder.jp) but it still
has the same issue.
