There are a lot of reasons why this may be. At first glance at your site, there are not a lot of things that would give me confidence as a customer to order from you. Why not try adding your shipping policies, your return policies, your company’s story, or your location as some starting points? Also, how are you getting traffic to your site? Have you done any SEO on your website to garner traffic from search engines? Do you have any social media accounts that could drive traffic to your site? If so, consider adding links to these accounts on your site to make your website seem like it belongs to a legitimate company. You have a great product, but the website needs more work to convert customers successfully. Look at what your competitors are doing too. Getting more traffic and doing some SEO combined with researching your competition and finding the right channels for advertising will make a big difference for your store. If you don’t know how to do these things consider hiring a professional, and in the meantime, you could try to learn some basics of digital marketing.
