Percentage of Total order in Checkout

Hi,

Is their away I can Charge a simple Percentage like 10% of Order Total at Checkout/Cart for Shipping?

Example: if an total order at checkout is $100 the freight is $10.

You can achieve this by using a third-party app or by creating custom scripts if you have Shopify Plus.
