Hello!

I can not log into my account. The two step authentication is not sending messages.
Things I have tried:

  • Resetting setting in my messaging app.
  • Contacting my phone provider and checking that I was getting messages.
  • Trying a different browser and different computers
  • The reset password doesn’t work either because I can’t two step verify.
  • I don’t have a recovery code

I am logged into my shop on my phone but am scared to log out and lose complete access. The AI assistant has been zero help and only takes me through the same resolutions after having tried them multiple times.

So I was able to use my app to create a new user to get logged in. I was sure to disable two step authentication for this user. Boom, I was able to log in with the new user. Now when I go to check my original user (the owner) I can see that two step authentication is already turned off but yet it still is pushing the 2 step when I try to log in.

I would additionally like to add this could be made a lot easier if they had real tech support instead of AI.
