PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII): Explicit Opt-in w/PRIVACY POLICY link and info storage

Dear Friend,

I have been asked to do the following two things:

  • Since you are collecting PII, please make sure you have an explicit opt-in with a privacy policy link and store that info per customer so it can be tracked and retrieved later if we receive a data request.

  • We suggest to also make sure the site has a cookie banner if not already.

Therefore, is there an app that has the privacy policy, opt-in and storage of that data and also a cookie banner all rolled into one?
