I have created a store on Shopify which is about birth flowers.
The personalization feature works without issue when I have a product with one version.
Personalisation setup Shopify:
However, when I add other versions on Shopify and then customize it in Printful, there is no option to personalize anymore.
- Added versions on Shopify
- Sync the new versions from Shopify with Printful
- Printful shows no personalization
option anymore…
Then when I click personalize on a variant on the Shopify page, an error page comes up.
- On the Productpage from printful the personalisation button exist:
- When i select a other version of the product, and choose the personaliation an error shows up, because on printful i coud’t choose the personalisation option…
What am I doing wrong? I really need to be able to personalize different versions. Otherwise my shop makes no sense. If it is not possible with Printful, can someone recomment me another Print on Demand provider?
