I recently started my Shopify store by linking it to my Print on Demand provider. I have a product and I want to add more that requires personalization before the item is sent to production. I also have an Etsy shop that lets you set up personalization on their end so that I can prompt the customer on which choices they need to make for the product (Lettering etc.). I can then edit the design and send it manually to production. Is there a way to do this on Shopify?

You can use a customizer app, or if it so simple, you can use metafield instead (see video below)

You can use the Easify Product Options app to create personalization options on your product pages, such as text fields, file uploads, swatches, and more. Once customers place their orders with their custom requests, you can edit the design and send it to production
