Personalized image not showing

I’m lost. I’ve tried to research how to fix this issue but so far nothing.

Customers upload their image on the wall art product of their choice, canvas or metal poster, and replace the default image with their own.

but in the checkout page and order summary/receipt it just shows the default image they replaced.

causing confusion and concern if their image went through onto the product or not.

any info on how to fix this would be great! Thanks in advance.

You can use Easify Product Options to fix this! It allows customers to upload images, and these files will be saved and attached to orders, ensuring they appear correctly in the checkout and order summary. This way, both you and your customers can be sure the right image was uploaded. Here’s how it works:
