Hi @lylyb75 ,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - Customer Support Helpdesk/FAQ App.

Congrats on your store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.

1. Homepage

1.1. Revamp the Hero Section:

Your hero section is crucial for conveying your unique selling points and captivating visitors. Consider using high-quality imagery showcasing your products and crafting compelling descriptions to entice users to explore further, reducing bounce rates. Your current hero section contains information about a sales promotion, which is also displayed in the section below on the homepage; therefore, consider removing the sales banner.

You can follow this example. This banner instantly communicates that the store sells razors.

1.2. Sales Promotion Placement:

Your sales promotion banner is effective, but consider adding a direct button linking to your collection page. This allows users to easily browse through your offerings, potentially increasing conversion rates.

This is the section I mention:

1.3. Streamline Sections:

Consider combining the “Trending” section with “Mens Trend” to create a more concise homepage layout, ensuring a smoother browsing experience for visitors.

1.4. About Us Section Placement:

Move the “About Us” section higher on the homepage to help users quickly understand your store and offerings. Additionally, since your store combines a tattoo shop and apparel shop, consider introducing a dedicated section for your apparel to provide clarity to visitors.

1.5. Reviews/Testimonials Section:

Incorporate a dedicated reviews/testimonials section to build trust with potential customers through real-life experiences, enhancing credibility and influencing purchasing decisions.

Here is an example:

2. Product Page

2.1. Product Image Slider:

Implement a product image slider to showcase multiple angles of your products without users needing to scroll extensively, enhancing product visibility and engagement.

2.2. Enhanced Product Imagery:

Include a variety of product images, including models wearing your products from different angles (e.g. front, back, side). Additionally, provide close-up images highlighting product materials to offer users a more detailed view. This will help users make quicker and easier decisions because they’ll have enough information.

3. FAQ Page and Contact Support:

Create a FAQ page and ensure easy access to a contact support system to address any queries or concerns users may have, improving customer satisfaction and retention.

To address this, I recommend using MooseDesk, an app for creating unique FAQ pages for your customers. Besides helping you creating your FAQ and Contact us page, we also provide a helpdesk/ticketing system for your customer support.

Here are some of our templates:

The best part is that we offer various customization choices so you can customize and match with your store’s aesthetics.

Hi @lylyb75

I’m Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. Generally, I love your store’s design, it looks classic but professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as follows:

1. Homepage

  • Banner

Your banner needs a button that says something like “Shop Now” to direct customers to the 20% off collection. Also, the banner section is too long for the screen. It’s better to have shorter sections, each focusing on one thing. This makes it easier to manage and allows you to link directly to specific sections.

The large image section also lacks a button too.

  • Contact form

For the contact form section, the design looks good, but you could boost sign-ups by adding a tempting offer like a 50% discount or free shipping on the first order.

  • Content list

In my opinion, there’s not enough space between the paragraphs and images. You can add a bit more space which would improve readability. Also, consider turning “See more” into a button to encourage more clicks.

  • Blog post section

Your blog post section doesn’t have consistent length. To improve this, you might use a smaller font size for the titles. Additionally, hiding some content and adding a “view more” button could be beneficial. Users can click on it to see more if they’re interested. This will give your interface a cleaner and more professional appearance.

2. Product page

Description
With a long description like this, you should hide them less and use a button or tab instead, this will help you customize your page length and optimize your customers’ experience.

Size chart

When I clicked on the size chart button, it displayed a blank white image. You might want to double-check it.

I know you have a customers’ review section, but it doesn’t have any review yet. So until you have your first review, you can use the testimonials section instead.

Having “Verified Reviews” written out might make it seem less reliable, and showing star ratings as text rather than icons makes them less eye-catching. Take a cue from our example and showcase reviews with text and photos for a more engaging look.

Add a benefit section

Putting a benefits section right after the product details can help customers understand how deliveries work and what support you offer. This builds trust, gives them a reason to choose you, and might stop them from leaving without buying.

Overall, your page has a lot of information, but to attract more organic traffic, you need to invest in building your brand and SEO. Additionally, it’s important to have a marketing plan to distribute your page to a wider audience.

And that’s my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.

Cheers!
