So we are configuring a custom pixel on our store for adding user data to a marketing app named clevertap.
For this we are using the checkout_address_info_submitted event to send user data for identity.
However, when checking the event data, the phone field is showing empty even after adding the phone number on checkout.
Could you let us know why this is happening and what can be the solution to this.
