after adding some applications to my shopify store, a gray part started to appear at the top and bottom of the images, some images do not have this, only images of certain products, how can I solve this problem, I think this problem is caused by applications, but I am not sure.

I think it should normally be white, I think this situation is just now happening in this way, it was normally white, it also looks like this in horizontal pictures.
