Im trying to send evidence to shopify by entering in photos in the designated box but it says my photos are to large. How to I find a way to get right size in Mac photos.
I would recommend using a photo resizer. There’s a number of them that you can use for free by searching the internet. There are also photo editing programs you can use to reduce the size. I’d compress them down to half their size to start to see if that works. If the issue persists. then I’d recommend contacting Shopify Support.
You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
