I created a product page, to put it as a pop up screen on the products through here:
But it doesn’t let me put a high resolution picture and I keep downsizing it and it still doesn’t let me use it, and it won’t tell me which is the size permitted. I’m forced to put a screenshot, but it looks blurry:

Hey Lucy,
When you upload images to Shopify, they must be smaller than 20 MB (it’s a file-size limitation, rather than a dimensions limitation).
You can use https://picresize.com/ (free online tool - no account needed) to make your images smaller, which will also make the file sizes smaller. Try uploading your image there and then do “75% smaller” as the option > download the new resized image > then try re-uploading to Shopify.
