Pinterest ads, 100 visits daily and zero add to cart or conversions

Hi guys I launched my store 1 week ago and I’m using Pinterest ads. Is going pretty well but still have zero sales and the worst part is I have zero add to cart too. This is my website: www.mybabylearn.com
