Hi am looking to upload an image to a product collection however it is not working. I have compressed this image:
and now it is not uploading to the collection banner, this message keeps popping up ‘unsaved collection’. Why is that?

@manekakknowle - did you try by clicking on save? save it without image and then upload image to save it again and check
Did not work still shows as ‘unsaved collection’
@manekakknowle - strange, did you ask shopify support?
