Place and order and says Shipping not available for the selected address.

Everytime an order is attempted to be placed, a red message comes up saying, “Shipping not available for the selected address.” I have double checked that shipping is allowed to these places and that there are rates. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear that your checkout is displaying a “Shipping not available for the selected address” error. Do you have any shipping apps installed, perhaps? This could potentially interfere with your shipping conditions. I’d be happy to attempt replicating this on my end if you’d like to share your shop’s URL; however, we’ll need to authenticate you and gain access to your shop to dive into the root of the issue at hand.

Because we’re unable to authenticate through social platforms, I ask that you please open a support ticket with us through our Help Center by logging in and selecting your shop. One of our Support Advisors can then take a look at the behaviour on their end and escalate if deemed necessary.
