Hi, @whirus . There are a few reasons that form may not work. For example, in order for the form to work the store must be using Shopify. It must also be at least 4 weeks since you placed your order. If it hasn’t been this long yet, please wait before using that form to report this to us. Also for context, this form allows us to look into whether this store is using Shopify and if so, whether they are violating Shopify’s policies, but we don’t disclose the results of any reviews we do so you won’t hear back from us regarding this order. For more help with the order itself you’ll want to contact the store you ordered from. While the Shop app can help you track orders and find new stores, each store in the app is an independent business that manages their own orders and deliveries.
