What’s the reason I went to several live chats but they don’t say anything right. I asked them if this is an update. But what is the reason for this if they do not get any correct answer

Hi, @LakruwanLJ . Are you able to clarify where this screenshot is from? Are you using Shopify Payments to accept payments or are you using a different payment gateway to accept payments? -Erin
