I have a problem in my store, mogamborecords.com
It’s a vinyl record store and, on each product’s tab, we’ve put a link to a YouTube video of one of the songs on the record. The issue is that when you hit Play, an error message appears, the video does not load. If we reload the page, it already works correctly. This is totally random, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
I have tried to resolve it with the technical department, but they say that they see everything correctly and the videos load fine on the first try. Attached image of the error message.
Somebody could help me? at least check it out? We are in Spain and here it happens to both store owners and customers.

Hola, Tengo un problema en mi tienda, mogamborecords.com Es una tienda de discos de vinilo y, en la ficha de cada producto, hemos puesto un enlace a un video de Youtube de uno de los temas del disco. La cuestión es que cuando le das al Play, aparece un mensaje de error, el video no carga. Si recargamos la página, ya funciona correctmente. Esto es totalmente aleatorio, en unas ocasiones funciona y en otros no. He intentado resolverlo con el departamento técnico, pero ellos dicen que lo ven todo correctamente y los videos cargan bien al primer intento. Adjunto imagen del mensaje de error.
¿Alguien podría ayudarme? ¿al menos a comprobarlo? Estamos en España y aquí nos ocurre tanto a los propietarios de la tienda como a los clientes. Un millón de gracias!!
