Please can someone help me add a button to my multirow section

I am looking to add a button to my multirow section, but I am really struggling to complete this.

I have attached an image of a site that does this and wondering how it can be achieved.

I do not want the white text, just the button and preferably the button at the bottom, not in the middle.
