Hi @Jordanb77 ,
This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.
Congrats on your new store! I totally understand the hardships you are going through at the beginning. You are conducting ads, so it’s essential that you pay more attention to the website design. From my Conversion Rate Optimization expertise, I would like to give you some advice to make your store more stunning & help you better convert.
1. Homepage
1.1 About Us section
Visitors who land on your site for the first time might seek out who is behind the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.
I can see that you have an About Us page already but adding a separate section on your homepage would help visitors easy to read without having to navigate to another page. It would improve the user experience in general
For example,
1.2 Key USPs section with key icons
Your current homepage lacks key information about products. It may increase the bouncing rate as users don’t find important content they need. Helpful, easy-to-see benefits icons quickly introduce your products’ unique selling points, giving a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.

1.3 Testimonial section
Testimonials are an important touch point especially with first time visitors. I understand your store is new but you still should consider adding a section on your homepage to showcase it. Remember to add customer avatars & star rating to increase authenticity to testimonials and the chance to convert.

1.4 Improve your first product showcase
The first product showcase on your homepage is a highly important touch point as it would decide whether or not visitors have interest in your products and make a purchase. I recommend you should improve the current showcase:
- Add the See more / Explore more button to allow shoppers to view additional products. This would help reduce bounce rate as they can continue to explore other options to their liking, so increase shoppers’ engagement & allow more chances of getting sales.
- Make the price highly visible with prominent styling as shoppers often visit e-commerce websites with the primary intent of finding and comparing prices.
- Add secondary hover on image: Instead of a single static image, it would be better to show more how your products are used in real life or unique details/patterns of them, which can increase the likelihood of making a purchase.

1.5 Showcase Instagram feed
A great way to enhance store visuals & get more chances to increase sales is to create shoppable Instagram feeds on your site. Consider using apps such as VIBE, Instafeed, to showcase stunning Instagram feeds from your own posts, tag products in your photos and reels, & allow your customers to shop right in your Instagram feed.
2. Product page
- Use option swatches to display different product variants.
Instead of plain text in the drop down menu, option swatches make your product options more visually appealing, enticing customers to explore and engage with your products.
Reference:
- Make ATC button & price information in unique & prominent styling
It’s important to highlight the key information like the price and call to action. Adding other styling like bold, italic, using different color and font size to the price and mouse over state for ATC button to make them more noticeable.
- Optimize product description display
Your product description is very lengthy & text-heavy. Consider compressing it into accordions / content tab (collapsible content tabs) as the shipping & return section right below so that your product pages look better-structured & the shoppers’ experience is enhanced.
