In my product template, I have a button in the “Product Information” section that references a website. The website is different for EVERY product, which means I will have to change the website for each product.
Problem: If I edit the button and change the website for one product, it changes for EVERY product. Another problem, the class name for that button and and every section on the product page is the same for every product. So using CSS to point to that button is useless.
How can the changes be applied for that one product and not all? I do not want to make hundreds and possibly thousands of templates.
Think of every reference website as a product attachment. With this app, you can add different websites as attachments to your products.
Here’s a quick demonstration on how to set it up:
Create a new product attachment. Provide a title, which will be displayed on the product page, and enter the link of your reference website. You can select specific product(s) to include this attachment.
If you have a few products with reference websites, you can repeat the above steps to create the attachments. If you have multiple products, each with a different reference website, you can use the Import function of the app to add your attachments in bulk.
Customers can click on the “Reference Website” block to access the provided link.
Now the problem is, it’s not showing on the product template.
I attached it to that specific product. Added the Easify block to the “Product Information” section and nothing. I’m using the Sense theme, could it be the theme?
