When entering discount code it says: SPRINGISHERE discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart. I checked and all items are in the required collection.

Can you let me know a bit more about the discount code itself and how it’s set up? Is it automatic or does the code need to be entered manually? If you can send me a screenshot of your settings for the code, that would be fantastic.
Please also let me know the products you tested in your cart that led to the error message. I’d like to replicate it on my end.
Lastly, are you still on a trial period or a paid subscription at the moment?

From what I can see, the discount code has expired. It was set to expire today at 3:28pm CEST. Have you changed that recently?
I tried to deactivate and then activate the discount again and also changed my place of work and it looks like I did a screenshot just in between. Sorry

I should apologize in this case because I overlooked a detail in the settings that have been unchanged between the screenshots. The reason why the discount is not working is because the system is looking for that fourth item to be added to the cart. If you want customers to buy 3 and get 1 at 50% off, that product for 50% must be in the cart at the time of purchase. It is standard for customers to do this anyway but if you only had 3 in your cart, the discount would not have been recognized.
