I’m desperate for your help, I need help my my collections, on every featured collection that I have, I have selected to show only 5 products and blow them is the View All button.
When I click the View All button it doesn’t load the collection with all of the products that are on that particular collection.
Please help. What must I do?
Makes sure the collection your pointing to is actuall set up and populated with products in the products > collections admin; just because you setup a /page doesn’t mean a collection is created or filled.

If that still doesn’t work test if the theme is busted by comparing to a new theme.
Install a new unpublished copy of the theme and in that unpublished theme check in it’s theme editor or it’s preview for that collection page. If the collections products show in a new theme install that indicates something is wrong with the live theme and needs to be fixed.
If in this new theme products still don’t show and you have confirmed collections are populated with products in the admin , contact shopify support https://help.shopify.com/en/contact .
