Please help me figure out why I can’t make sales

  3. What we are trying to achieve and what outcome we expect: I’m trying to make sales and conversions happen. I get traffic but it’s just not selling yet

Hey @Fethria you did a great job but you can do make more attractive store
i think it is your first time to design or develop a store so feel free if you have any question about it

@Fethria ,

I had a look at your store and I think you’re actually close the main issue is conversion not traffic.

One thing that really stands out is the banner/hero section. Its too large and takes up the entire first screen and because it feels quite blank/distorted a user doesnt immediately understand what your store is about. That first impression is really important. I would suggest reducing the height and adding a clear message or product focus so visitors instantly know what you’re selling.

Also overall the store needs a bit more clarity and trust.

  • Add a simple headline explaining what you sell and who it’s for
  • Include some trust elements like shipping info, returns, or reviews
  • Improve product pages by adding benefits and explaining why someone should buy

Right now people are landing but not getting enough reason or confidence to purchase.

Your store is broken on the homepage, weird square purple on the header.

It is missing a favicon, also.
I see 2-star block on your product grid

The pricing of your items is set unprofessionally.

Hey Fethria,

Let me be very honest here, right now the store doesn’t feel fully ready for conversions. The overall look and feel is quite basic and it gives more of a test-store vibe than a real, trustworthy brand. There’s no strong branding or polish, so first impressions are weak, and that alone can make users leave without exploring any further. Before even thinking about optimising for sales, the focus should be on making it look trustworthy and complete..

There’s also very little building trust for the buyer. Things like reviews, clear policies, and basic reassurance elements are either missing or not strong enough. On top of that, the product pages aren’t really “selling” the product — they list it, but don’t clearly explain why someone should buy or what makes it valuable.

So this is less of a traffic or conversion issue and more of a store readiness issue. Before focusing on ads or scaling, I’d suggest:

  1. Improving the overall look and feel (branding, layout, polish)

  2. Adding strong trust signals (reviews, policies, guarantees)

  3. Reworking product pages to highlight value and benefits clearly

Once these basics are in place, you’ll be in a much better position to convert your existing traffic.

Other already point out most stuff I just want to add another point.

I don’t think set example product is a good sign.

traffic with no conversions almost always means the store isn’t building enough trust for a first-time buyer to hand over their credit card. people landing from ads are especially skeptical because they know they clicked on an ad.

the fastest fixes are usually the boring ones: make sure your shipping times and return policy are impossible to miss (not buried in a footer link), add any social proof you have even if it’s just a handful of reviews or an instagram feed, and double-check your product pages on mobile since that’s probably where most of your ad traffic is landing. if the add-to-cart button isn’t visible without scrolling on a phone, that’s your problem right there.
