A store owner using the Dawn theme is experiencing inconsistent page layout positioning. Content appears in different locations across various pages, particularly noticeable on the shopping cart page where elements shift from the desired position to the bottom of the page after refreshing.

I need help fixing my store pages, the content of every page does not stay in a consistent position.
For example the shopping cart page, you can see on the first pic, it’s where I want the content to be, but on the second pic the content is all the way at the bottom of the page after refreshing the page. This happen in other pages as well, can someone help me fix this issue
