I am desperately struggling on the following points. I have asked these questions on shopify community prior to posting this but am having no luck, please see below. I would really appreciate your help as I am spending SO much time trying to figure this out and am getting nowhere!!

The images on my website are too large, along with the enlarged images when you click to zoom on them. They are JPG files. How can I reduce these down to look professional?

I have personalised my website and have fields for customers to fill out. These fields are “font number” and “personalised name”, both are missing the physical black box. Although it does the job, it doesn’t look professional when the black box doesn’t appear.

“font number” - how do I get this to be a required field? I managed to get the “personalised name” a required field but not this drop down select button.
