Hi, since morning my shopify store says “this site cant be reached” ERR:Connection closed pleasehelp

Did you verify the domain? Refer to this documentation for verifying your domain.

Make sure your A record is set up correctly. Also, check your CNAME/subdomain has the correct domain. You can find out more about how to manage your domains in this guide.

Also, try opening your store in a different browser or device to avoid any local issues.

  1. Clear the cookies and cache of your browser and then reboot the browser and open your store and see.
  2. Try a different web browser. For example: If you are currently using Google Chrome, login to your Shopify store using any other browser like Firefox and then see your store.
  3. Try to login from an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues.
  4. Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  5. Try to connect to some other internet connection. For example: Use network on a phone rather than wifi.

I’d like to gather a bit more information to help best resolve the issue. Could you provide more insight on the following:

  • Please share your store URL so we can check your DNS settings to ensure they point to Shopify’s records.
  • Can you share a screenshot of the full error message?
  • As @flareAI has mentioned, could you let us know if your storefront works using an incognito or private window? As well as trying on the Shopify Mobile app.
