When building my Shopify site a while back I edited a few fields in a contact form to include the titles of fields make, model, and year. I’ve learned recently that when customers are attempting to fill out the form, they get the error message “Please match the required format” and they are not allowed to send the form. I believe I edited the titles of these fields but not the format…and the format is somehow incorrect. I’ve looked into editing the code but have not been able to figure it out. HELP!
