Plenty of sales but 0% conversion rate

Hi there,

To date, our conversion tracking has been working on shopify, however we’ve noticed that some days shopify is showing that we have a 0% conversion rate even though we are making sales?

We’re currently running ads so have a lot more traffic and a lot more sales but our conversion rate is sitting at 0%?

Any help would be gratefully received!

Yes we’re set up and I believe GA4 is tracking some sales…
