Hi guys,

Please help, we are a local brand from Indonesia, we are currently trying to create a website on Shopify, I want to ask before we subscribe to the plugins in the app store, can the biteship.com app be used on the basic plan?

Biteship dan plugin2 lain tidak bisa digunakan di basic plan karena tidak ada yang namanya CCS. gunanya CCS ini untuk kalkulasi ongkir berdasarkan berat dan jarak. Hanya ada di plan yang advanced kalau mau bulanan, atau di plan shopify tapi harus yang tahunan.

Unfortunately, using third party Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) or live shipping at checkout, like biteship.com or UrShipper is not available for Basic plan.

You must be on Shopify Advanced or Plus plan. Or, you can go with the Shopify / Grow plan:

  • Monthly subscription: you’ll need to pay an additional monthly fee (20 USD) to activate CCS.
  • Yearly subscription: CCS is included.
