I’m using shirtee to sell merch of my cheer team but every shirtee product i launch happens to be “sold out”. I checked the location, activated selling while being sold out, set the inventory manually to 1000 to check again but nothing worked. When i launched a product not being from shirtee it worked perfectly fine. Any experience on this topic? ![]()

This isn’t a Shopify bug, it’s almost always a Shirtee inventory sync issue. I’ve fixed this exact problem multiple times.
What’s happening is that Shirtee overwrites Shopify inventory after launch, even if you manually set it to 1000 or enable “continue selling when out of stock”.
Things that usually fix it:
• In Shirtee, make sure the product is set to “managed by Shirtee” and not mixed with Shopify inventory
• Re sync the product from Shirtee instead of editing inventory directly in Shopify
• Check that all variants in Shirtee are marked as available not just the main product
• Confirm the Shopify product is assigned to the same fulfillment location Shirtee uses
• If the product was duplicated or edited after import, delete it and re import cleanly from Shirtee (this one fixes it most of the time)
The reason your non Shirtee product works is because Shopify controls its inventory fully, Shirtee products don’t, Shirtee is the source of truth.
