Policy formatting (spacing on top of policy)

Topic summary

A user is experiencing excessive blank spacing at the top of a single policy page that cannot be removed through HTML adjustments. The provided HTML code appears corrupted or reversed—the latter portion contains backwards/garbled text rather than proper HTML markup. This suggests either:

  • Encoding/character corruption during copy-paste or storage
  • Display rendering issue causing text reversal
  • Database or CMS problem affecting only this specific policy

The policy content relates to shipping costs (free over €40, otherwise €4.95), delivery times (5-12 days), and multi-package shipments. The formatting issue prevents proper display despite HTML edits. No solutions have been proposed yet; the thread appears to be awaiting responses from community members who might identify the root cause of the spacing and text corruption problems.

Hi all,

I have a formatting issue with one of my policies. One only 1 of my policies, I have a lot of blanc spacing on top of the policy. Whatever I’m adjusting in the HTML, I can’t seem to get rid of it. See image and HTML code below. It seems like the policy is starting from the bottom (any Drake fans?).

Thanks!

This is my HTML:
