My store is showing inactive from past 24 hours not getting proper update from customer support and just asking me toh wait wait wait and wait for their email, i just received an email for payout of returns but what about my earning they are on hold.
they are just creating a tons of ticket nothing else !!!
what a pathetic customer support.

I understand that you are having some issues with your store being inactive for the past 24 hours or so. I do appreciate that fact that it is not an ideal situation to be in, and I am sure I would be eager to get answers too if I was in your position.
I know that you are keen to get more information as soon as possible however please be advised, certain store issues are handled by dedicated internal teams. Only the specific team dealing with this will have the information required to provide you with an update and the only way they communicate with merchants is via email. Both our Community Forum staff and our general support team do not have access to the sensitive account information that these specialized teams have - thus we are unable to provide you with any update.
What you will need to do here is wait for a direct email from the team handling this, and once you have received that you can direct any further queries or follow-ups to them by replying to that email.
It can sometimes take a few working days for the team to reach out which is a reasonable amount of time to process information and revert back to you. Contacting our support team again will not speed this process up, and as you mentioned only serves to create multiple tickets which can confuse matters further.
I do wish I could expedite this process and get you more information, however without account access this is not possible. With that said, if you have not heard anything back by early next week then please feel free to contact our support team again who can make sure the team handling this has everything they need.
