I’m using the Turbo theme. The hero slider images are fine on desktop, but the quality is decreased noticeably on mobile (using Turbo crop to center feature). How do I rectify this so that the responsive/mobile images are crisp, clear and not blurry? PLEASE HELP!
I appreciate that you have included your online store URL and let us know which theme you are using, that is very helpful! Looking into the Turbo theme, I noticed that this is a third-party theme that is designed and supported by Out of the Sandbox. With that being said, we are a bit unfamiliar with the style of coding that is being used as it was not developed by Shopify.
I would suggest reaching out to their support with this inquiry as they should be able to provide you with additional support and insight to adjusting the slideshow for the mobile version of the online store. I did come across to finding their Contact Us page and wanted to provide it.
@Ollie Thanks a heap! I reached out to Out of the Sandbox and awaiting their solution.
Just a couple more things:
(1) How do I round the corners of all of the images except for the Main hero slideshow and full-width images?
(2) I’d like to add a very thin gray line (#DEDEDE) firstly on the edge/border of the drop-down mega menu (see attached screenshot for reference), and secondly in the header as a horizontal line separating the logo from the menu and search bar below it. How do I go about doing these?
NB: If you look at the attached screenshot, you’ll see the “Days of Deals” drop-down menu engaged, however there is no edge/border to differentiate it from the white spaces of the product images beneath it. This is what I’d like to fix.
