I am looking for app / solution to create Pop up message on the exit which instead of collecting email/offering discount would ask a question " Have you found product you were looking for today" with simple YES/NO options.
Any ideas?

I believe Getsitecontrol would allow you to create exactly what you want, as you can create popups from scratch with the text/fields that you need, or customize one of the templates to make it look like you want it to.
