Pop up newsletter doesn't upload on admin and on the website

Hey, strange issue with the pop up section…

I worked on the website on changing language, used the admin and also the code for the changes. All of a sudden the pop up section is not working, or not loading. And it’s not appearing on website (desktop and mobile). Didn’t made any changes on the pop up.liquid page, only from admin (changing text).

No clue how to fix it.. Any advice?
