I’m trying to use a pop-up in my product page to display more information about different product sizes. I have linked a page to the pop-up config in the theme editor, but when opening the pop-up it displays no content inside.
The size guide page does have content in it, it’s just not being shown inside the pop-up.
I’m using the Shapes theme.
Would appreciate some help with this issue.

Can you kindly share your store link (with the password, if any) with us? We will check it and suggest you a solution if possible.
This is for a theme (Shapes) that I haven’t purchase yet, I’m giving it a try to see if it’s worth purchasing. So even if I share my link and password you won’t be able to check it.
What are some possible causes for the issue and possible solutions? If you tell me what to check for/troubleshoot I can do it on my end. Feel free to send a video explaining if it’s simpler.
