Hi, I had a pop up for a discount which has now randomly disappeared i have tried clearing cache and using a different device but it is gone. It says active on ‘qikify’ the app i used to create the pop up and is active on app embeds but still not showing. Can anyone help?

I’ve run into something similar before. If it’s showing as active in Qikify and app embeds, double-check the display rules in the app — sometimes it’s set to only show on certain pages or to new visitors only. Also, make sure it’s not clashing with another popup or theme element that could be hiding it. If nothing works, try disabling and re-enabling the embed, or even republishing the popup — that’s fixed it for me before.
Make sure the theme was not recently updated OR changed which can disable app embed placements. You may also choose to set back your Qikify popup under Online Store > Themes > Customize > App Embeds. Make sure there are no conflicting popups or scripts blocking it from loading on your storefront. hope this helps though
