Hi, please could i have some help. I downloaded an app a while ago which put this spin the wheel on my website but it wont go away at all and im sick of seeing it. I disabled all apps on the editor bit but that didnt work so i uninstalled every app and it still wont go. I tried using different themes aswell but it still stays. If anyone knows how to get rid of it, i would really appreciate it as its really annoying. I also have no idea which app it was.
It’s always a good idea to provide website and password if any. No worries, I saw the web address in the screenshot.
Generally, unless you’re doing some crazy stuff, or you’re viewing cached content, there are only 2 places for the website to draw content from: the theme files and apps that integrate with the theme.
Since this appears on the password page, I can see that it’s a YOTPO element. That should give you at least some clarity of where it’s coming from.
More precisely, it’s the SMSBump app.
And no, you did not uninstall every app – this one is still installed and there is also Loox reviews app:

hey, thank you both so much, yes i downloaded Loox review app back as i saw on another thread that it could have been that so tried to see if something was still active but no luck with that but finally managed to find it very hidden on YOTPO. Thank you maximus3
