Pop-up (?) video on page that autoplays with sound - but can then closed/taken to the webpage

Hi there! I’m looking to have a video autoplayed, with sound on a page. It would be an mp4 uploaded directly to shopify files. I’m ideally trying to get the same effect I could get by just sharing the direct link to the video file from shopify files, but then be able to get to my website somehow? I’m not sure if this is possible.

Initially, I only want the video to be seen, played and heard, but then for them to be able to click elsewhere (?), like closing the video, and to be able to see the webpage. So, maybe a pop-up video of sorts.

I’m using the debut theme. Any suggestions would be amazing!! Thanks so much!

Hi @KelMurphy It’s possible to do that, to create a custom section that will be some kind of video pop-up it can be autoplay with sound on every option can be customizable, feel free to reach out :slightly_smiling_face:

@KelMurphy yes, you can use the prebuild js popup jquery plugin. Like Magnific popup or lightbox.
