Populate Printful and Printify products as product variants in a different product

I’m an artist who sells hand painted original paintings. I also sell the same designs in canvas prints and paper prints. I use both Printful and Printify since one handles canvas prints and the other does paper prints. Is it possible to add those as product variants?

Example:
Product one (Octapus)
Dropdown on product page:

  • Original Painting
  • Canvas print (from Printful)
  • Paper Print (from Printify)
